

Dubai, United Arab Emirates– 28 January 2026: As part of its efforts to bring the community closer to the excitement of the UAE SWAT Challenge, Dubai Police has launched a new creative competition titled SWAT Clip, inviting members of the public as well as college and university students to take part.
The competition was announced by Brigadier Ali Al Mansouri, Director of the General Department of Community Happiness, who explained that the initiative encourages participants to capture the spirit of the challenge through short, creative videos. The aim is to showcase the championship’s global standing, highlight the professionalism and human values of the participating teams, and reflect Dubai Police’s role as a leading force in specialised policing, while producing engaging visual content for media platforms.
Participants are encouraged to focus on moments that reflect teamwork, cooperation, leadership, fair competition, determination, focus under pressure, discipline, physical and tactical readiness, and the rich cultural diversity of teams from different nationalities working towards one goal.
To ensure everyone’s safety, all participants must follow security and safety instructions at the venue. The use of drones is not allowed unless officially authorised. Any content that contradicts the values of the championship or harms its image or that of any team will be excluded.
Videos should be between 30 and 60 seconds, produced in a vertical portrait format, and submitted in MP4 or MOV. Participants may use artificial intelligence tools or computer generated graphics if they wish, provided that any music used is original or properly licensed.
The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, 17 February. Entries should be sent to social@dubaipolice.gov.ae A dedicated committee will review all submissions and announce the winners.
The competition offers cash prizes of AED 10,000 for first place, AED 5,000 for second place, and AED 3,000 for third place, giving creatives a chance to be part of one of the region’s most exciting international sporting and tactical events.
