Dubai The organising committee for the UAE SWAT Challenge 2026 is issuing a final reminder to special police units, rapid-intervention teams, and tactical squads worldwide that registration is still open for the upcoming seventh edition.

Set to take place from 7th to 11th February 2026 at the Training City in Al Ruwayyah, Dubai, this premier global event offers elite units a unique platform to test their tactical prowess, physical endurance, and operational readiness. Teams that have not yet secured their place are encouraged to do so soon to ensure sufficient time for peak performance preparation.

Registration Process

Elite units from around the world can still submit their details and required documentation via the official portal: www.uaeswatchallenge.com

A Legacy of Tactical Excellence

Since its inception in 2019, the challenge has grown from 48 participating teams to a record-breaking international spectacle. In its most recent edition, the event earned a Guinness World Record for the highest number of countries participating in a SWAT-specific tournament, with 73 teams from 46 nations competing.

Five Days of Intense Competition

The 2026 challenge will feature five specialised tests designed to simulate high-pressure, real-world tactical missions:

  • Assault

  • Tactical Operations

  • Officer Rescue

  • High Tower

  • Obstacle Course

Beyond the professional competition, Dubai Police welcomes the general public to attend and support the world’s elite tactical teams as they vie for top honours in one of the emirate's most adrenaline-fuelled annual events.
