01/04
BEGINNING
The entire team gathers at the Loading and Unloading zone. Everyone must wear body armour, eye protection, and ear protection. Under supervision, the assault team will load 10 rounds of frangible ammunition into their handgun. The Sniper, who will be acting as the downed officer as well, will load 4 rifle rounds into a precision rifle and carry an unloaded handgun. The Range Official will assign shooting lanes for the Assault team by draw. The challenge will start when the Range Official says “GO.”
Safety Rules

General
- Always keep firearms pointed in a safe direction.
- Do not present or draw weapons outside shooting lane area.
- Firearms must only be handled inside shooting boxes.
- Engage only assigned targets in your lane.
- Only judge may pick up dropped firearm.

Handgun
- Holster handgun before leaving shooting lane.
- Never point gun up before aiming at target.

Sniper Rifle
- Make sniper rifle safe before leaving shoot box.
- Never shoot sniper targets outside the barrel guide.

Ammunition
- Don gear after team reaches stair’s first step.
- Bad fit or adjusting gear results in penalty.
- Early or wrong wear may also trigger penalty.

Tyre
- Do not drag, roll, flip, or toss the tyre.
- Do not drop the tyre from above hip height.
