Challenge Flow

BEGINNING
The entire team gathers at the Loading and Unloading zone for a safety check. At the command "GO," the timer starts, and each member must complete every obstacle in the set order. All yellow-painted areas on the obstacles must be touched by every team member, and each member is allowed up to three attempts per obstacle. Gloves and belts can be worn, but belts can’t be used for climbing or pulling.
OBSTACLES
Here is a detailed breakdown of each obstacle that the team must complete in the set order while adhering to the rules.

Ropes
- 3 ropes in total: 1 for rope climbing, 1 on foot wall, 1 for rope traverse.

Yellow Marked Areas
- At least 18 yellow zones (1 per obstacle) that must be touched by the entire team.

Jacob’s Ladder
- 1 ladder-style structure. No support allowed; must weave over and under each rung without touching the ground

Traverse Wall
- 1 wall with yellow ledges for crossing; only touch yellow areas; no assistance allowed.

Attic Entry Platform
- Stay behind shield within marked area while running.
- Improper shield use may trigger a penalty.

Horse Jump Structure
- Use only after all teammates wear gas masks.
- Using it prematurely results in a penalty.

Foot Wall
- 1 vertical wall with rope and yellow beams; assistance allowed; touch yellow crossbeam and pass between white and yellow.

Human Ladder
- No equipment used, made using team members’ shoulders; ensure stable positions to prevent falls.

Monkey Bars
- 1 set of bars to swing across; hands only, feet may rest without touching ground.

Ninja Board Platforms
- 1 setup with boards to jump between; no falling or ground contact.

Low Crawl Obstacle
- 1 low structure for crawling under. Each member stays covered the whole time and uses a full-body crawl.

Cargo Net
- 1 setup with a beam, vertical net, and yellow crossbar; no flipping over the net or bypassing the crawl under yellow crossbar.

Hanging Barrel
- 1 suspended barrel structure; each member rolls the barrel to get across the obstacle.

Fireman’s Tower
- 1 tower with climb platforms and 1 descent pole to ascend and descend safely.

Water Pit with Tangle Wire
- 1 water pit with a low overhead wire: crawl through the water while staying under the tangle wire

Slide Pipe
- 1 enclosed pipe to slide straight through; check for obstructions.

Traverse Rope
- 1 long rope for crossing. No ground contact after you start; no external assistance unless also traversing.

Climbing Wall
- 1 wall used by 2 members to ascend to the second level.

Swing Rope with Platforms
- 1 rope and 2 platforms where team members land on yellow platforms; no falling or ground contact.

Irish Tables
- 1 structure with multiple high beams. Must go over top of each beam; can't go under them.

Solo Wall
- 1 vertical wall to climb alone. Each member can climb the wall however they want.
